Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all Grasstik product orders processed through a written estimate or agreement with ADERSA Group LLC. Grasstik does not operate an online store. All sales are conducted through a quote-based process. The terms below are consistent with and supplementary to the Terms and Conditions included in your signed estimate. In the event of any conflict, the terms of your signed estimate will control.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided the product meets all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and uninstalled
- The product is undamaged and unaltered
- The product is in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted to Grasstik within the 15-day window
The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or custom-cut products
- Products that have been installed
- Products that have been used, altered, or modified
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the customer
- Products affected by site conditions, weather, or third-party work after delivery
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must report the issue to Grasstik within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To submit a damage or defect claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
- The order or estimate number
- A written description of the issue
Grasstik will review the claim and, at its discretion, may offer a replacement, repair, partial credit, or refund after verifying the issue. Grasstik reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any remedy.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within the applicable timeframe using the information at the bottom of this page. Do not ship any product back without first receiving written authorization from Grasstik. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, Grasstik will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Grasstik error or a confirmed product defect.
4. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected by Grasstik, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Original shipping, delivery, and installation fees
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer
- Deposits or payments for custom-cut, special-order, or installed products
5. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is confirmed. Grasstik may charge fees or withhold deposits for cancellations that occur after product preparation, cutting, scheduling, or delivery has begun. Specific cancellation terms are stated in the applicable written estimate or agreement.
6. Warranty Claims
Grasstik products come with a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions. Warranty claims are separate from the return process and are governed by the warranty terms included in your signed estimate and the Grasstik Terms and Conditions. To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your purchase documentation and a description of the issue.
