This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all Grasstik product orders and governs how products are fulfilled, delivered, and transferred to customers. Grasstik does not operate an online store. All orders are processed through a written estimate and agreement. The terms below apply to all transactions confirmed through a signed estimate or written agreement with ADERSA Group LLC.
Grasstik products are not available for direct online purchase. All orders are initiated through a quote request, followed by a written estimate prepared by our team. Orders become confirmed once the customer approves the estimate and the required payment or deposit is received. Delivery and installation are then scheduled based on product availability, location, and site readiness.
Depending on the order, location, and written agreement, Grasstik offers the following fulfillment options:
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only. Grasstik does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to product availability, carrier schedules, weather, traffic, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Grasstik will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.
Shipping and delivery fees vary depending on the destination, order size, product type, and fulfillment method selected. All applicable fees are disclosed in the written estimate before the order is confirmed. Shipping fees paid as part of a confirmed order are non-refundable unless Grasstik is responsible for a fulfillment error.
Grasstik takes care in preparing products for shipment. However, once a product has been handed over to a shipping carrier or left our facility for delivery, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the shipping party or their designated carrier. Grasstik is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay that occurs during transit.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported to Grasstik within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. When possible, damage should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and ready to receive the product at the scheduled time. This includes:
Grasstik reserves the right to reschedule or charge additional fees for failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability, inaccessible sites, or inaccurate delivery information.
For orders that include professional installation, delivery and installation are coordinated together. Installation dates are scheduled based on crew availability, site readiness, and geographic location. Installation timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, site conditions, permitting delays, or other circumstances. Grasstik will communicate scheduling updates as they arise.
Changes to delivery address, scheduling, or order details must be requested as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of fulfillment, changes may not be possible or may result in additional fees. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms stated in the applicable written estimate or agreement.
